At Amora Flora, every arrangement is handcrafted to order using premium fresh flowers. Because each bouquet is carefully prepared by hand, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and delivery location.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer local delivery throughout the Miami metropolitan area.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule

Available delivery time windows are displayed during checkout.

While we make every effort to deliver within the selected delivery window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, road closures, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Recipient Availability

Please ensure that the recipient or an authorized person is available to receive the order.

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may, at their discretion:

Leave the arrangement in a safe location;
Leave it with a concierge or reception desk;
Leave it with a neighbor (when appropriate);
Contact the recipient using the provided phone number for delivery instructions.

Once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address or to an authorized person, responsibility for the order transfers to the recipient.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

Recipient's full name;
Delivery address;
Phone number;
Gate or access codes;
Building or concierge instructions;
Parking or other delivery notes.

Amora Flora is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information.

Fresh Flowers

Flowers are natural, living, and perishable products.

For the best experience, arrangements should be received as soon as possible after delivery.

If flowers are left unattended at the customer's request or due to the recipient's unavailability, Amora Flora is not responsible for any deterioration caused by heat, cold, weather conditions, or delayed retrieval.
